INTRO to BELLY DANCING CLASS

I want to invite anyone who loves to dance.  Belly dance is an amazing form of dance to include in your lifestyle.  This Belly  Dance class is for EVERY women, and is a GREAT workout!  Excellent for someone brand new who is interested in beginning the lovely art of Belly Dancing.  Belly Dance benefits you by gaining confidence, self-knowledge physical awareness, core balance and helps build self-esteem!  This class is a intro Belly Dance class and will get you moving and burning calories.

Follow me and learn through the repetition of steps while we Belly Dance together.  I encourage you to go your own pace, and put your own twist to the steps.  You can only get out what you put in.  So, come and join the fun!
